Service Description

Leslie Chadwick is a 200 hr Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and has been a student of yoga for 20 years. She completed her 200 HR training in June 2022 through the ViraVinyasa School, training under Daniel Taylor. She grew up studying ballet, and movement has always been her form of meditation. But yoga has offered her more peace and she enjoys all aspects of what yoga brings to life, breath, movement, meditation and a spiritual connection. She's taught an All-levels Vinyasa class for over a year, and previously taught a movement fitness class called Nia, which incorporates principles of yoga.
