About the event
An intimate, shared experience inviting women to explore what happens when we become more aware of how we inhabit our bodies, take up space, and participate in relationship with others. Through embodied practice, movement, reflection, and shared inquiry, we will explore the ways our lived experiences shape how we see ourselves, navigate the world, and encounter one another. Together, we create space to notice what has gone unquestioned, stay curious about what emerges, and discover what becomes possible when we are willing to meet ourselves more fully.
Monthly participation not required although suggested.
