About the event
This is a rich deep-dive into feeling more connected to your self and others. Develop and sharpen your communication---Develop your listening and empathy skills, and communicate yourself more effectively. Tap into empathy and assertiveness. This is an experiential learning and enriching experience that will broaden how you see yourself and the world, and leave you with practical skills you can use in your life.
We'll take breaks for bathroom, movement, snacks, etc. every 1.5-2 hours and have a 1-hour catered lunch break.
The sanctuary room is a shoe-free room (house slippers are okay!)
Each successive part of this immersion builds off of the previous, and to keep a safe container, we ask you to attend all hours of this one-day immersion.
