Most conflicts happen from assumptions and misunderstandings. Those initial crucial moments of lost connection can create a downward spiral into further painful exchanges. When we are practiced, well-equipped, and skilled, we can turn those crucial moments into valuable, life-enriching experiences.
In this immersion you will take rich deep-dive into being more connected to your self and others. Deepen your listening, experience your empathy, and communicate yourself clearly and more effectively. Tap into compassion and assertiveness. This is an interactive experience that will broaden how you see yourself and the world, leaving you with practical skills. We will dissolve walls of fear and blocks. Experience breakthroughs!

We'll take breaks for bathroom, movement, snacks, etc. every 1.5-2 hours and have a 1-hour catered lunch break.
The sanctuary room is a shoe-free room (house slippers are okay!)
