Somatic movement & breathwork for finding your radiance in the dark

A fire needs the dark to be seen. This is a workshop about holding both — the bright and the heavy, the expansive and the buried — and discovering they can live side by side, even feed one another.

We’ll begin with somatic movement to tend the fire: gentle, intuitive motion that stirs up what’s settled in the body and wakes the warmth at your center. From there we move into breathwork, the bellows and the release — a space to let what rose finally move through and out, making room for something lighter.

We’re gathering in the heart of summer, in the year of the Fire Horse — a time of bold energy, expansion, and stepping toward your own becoming. As the season tips toward its longest light, we’ll honor that even at the peak…
