Full Moon Sound Bath with Lisa

Lisa has been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation since 1994 and teaching since 2002. She is trained in Classical Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Radiant Child Yoga, and Young Yokes Kids Yoga. In May 2022 Lisa completed an additional 300 Hour YTT program, which includes certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga, qualifying her as an RYT® 500. She is also a Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion.
