The summer solstice brings the longest day, the brightest light – and with it, the mystery of the shadow. At the height of light, we are invited to meet both our radiance and our shadows.
On June 20th, join Missi and Leslie for a practice that honors this truth: illumination does not erase our shadows – it helps us see them more clearly. The greater your light, the greater your shadow. And your shadow isn't something to fear – it's neutral territory holding parts of yourself waiting to be seen and integrated.
Shadow work is deeply somatic. Through kundalini yoga and dynamic movement, we'll stir the energy tucked away in your body. Through intentional breathwork, we'll create space for what wants to emerge.
