You are warmly invited to a gentle, candlelit evening devoted to rest, reflection, and self-care. This Valentine’s Day eve, join LIGHT Movement in creating a peaceful space to honor the many ways we experience the loss of love, held with compassion, presence, and care.
Together, we will explore soothing somatic tools to support the body and heart through grief, whether from death, separation, or other endings.
The evening will include meditation, gentle movement, yoga nidra, and optional reiki, offering a nurturing container to reconnect with yourself and cultivate self-love.
Come exactly as you are. This is a space to soften, to breathe, and to be held in community.
