May the Fourth be with you...Give or Take

Before Star Wars breakout success in 1977, George Lucas found inspiration in a 2500 year old Hindu Epic, The Ramayana. Join us this year as we explore Return of the 3rd Eye and the hero archetypes that inspired Star Wars through yogic postures and movement in a practice inspired a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.... The class will include 60 minutes of movement with breathwork, closing with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra.  Cosplay is encouraged but not required. Just make sure you can move comfortably!
