About the event
As the season turns, and the earth begins to draw inward. Release & Root is an invitation to shed what you've been carrying; the noise, the striving, the weight of a full season using light movement and a long, deep breathwork journey. As we release, we return: giving back to the earth what no longer serves us and letting ourselves be held, grounded, and ready for the quiet months ahead.
