As autumn pulls us inward, with darker, shorter days and colder weather, spend an afternoon remembering that sanctuary is something we carry within and can return to whenever we need it.

About the event
We begin in circle, simply naming what each of us is sensing and remembering what steadies us. A gentle heart-coherence practice helps the body release tension.
Oracle cards follow, along with a short, guided journaling that gives you insight into where you feel out of harmony, with yourself, others, or the world, and what might restore some balance.
Movement follows, a way to take in everything you’ve felt, and no dance experience is needed.
We close with a simple shared ritual, so the afternoon ends in connection as well as insight. You’ll leave feeling less alone in what you’re carrying, with one small practice to use again, and a renewed sense of belonging.
This is an intimate gathering, limited to 10 participants.
