Lisa Vratny-Smith has been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation since 1994 and teaching since 2002 and is trained in a wide range of modalities. She began her journey in energy healing in 2001 as a Certified Practitioner of High Touch® Jin Shin and completed her Reiki Master Teacher training in 2021. She also completed her Sound Healing Certification in 2023 adding the vibrational tools of sound healing to her energy healing repertoire. For the past thirty years Lisa has served as a School Social Worker and Sustainable Wellness Coach in Aurora Public Schools integrating her social work and healing practices to support the wellness of staff and students.
