This class blends gentle flow, restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation to help you release the heaviness of the past season and open your heart to renewal. We’ll move intentionally, rest deeply, and plant seeds of light for the months ahead. This is more than a yoga class — it’s a seasonal ritual of reflection and rebirth, honoring both the darkness and the dawn to come.
