About the event
The Winter Solstice can be looked at two ways. It is the shortest day of the year, but it is also the day which marks the return of the sun. From this day until the summer solstice, the days will continue to lengthen, the light will continue to expand. Join Gene for a Yoga class welcoming the returning sun and appreciating everything that it brings us.
50 - 60 minutes of All Levels Yoga movement, supported with breathwork, and ending with a 25 - 30 minute Yoga Nidra guided meditation
