Each 75-minute practice includes: Meditation Four pranayama practices 12 cycles of Surya Namaskar Extended savasana We repeat the same structure every week to allow the practice to deepen naturally. Through repetition, we cultivate awareness, reflection, and a deeper connection to our inner experience. Open to all levels and ages. This is your space and your practice — listen to yourself and move in a way that feels right. About Pasha: Hello Colfax, I’m Pasha. I’ve been practicing yoga in its various forms since 2016, and have been sharing both practice and teaching of Hatha Yoga since 2022, after graduating from Denver Yoga Underground, led by the wonderful Derik Eselius. I’ve been fortunate to teach yoga in places such as Jamaica and Costa Rica during retreats, and I’ve spent the last few years teaching (often voluntarily) across the greater Denver area, supporting diverse communities through yoga practice. My Teaching In 2026, I’m happy to offer classes at Harmonist Sanctuary. In these classes, we explore Hatha Yoga in its many forms, with an emphasis on experience rather than performance. This is not about standing on your head or perfecting advanced poses. It’s about presence, curiosity, and connection. I guide the practice, but you’re always invited to make it truly your own—listening inward and reconnecting with your real self. I’m RYT-200 certified, CPR certified, insured, and professionally trained, but beyond credentials, I’m a deep believer in yoga as a cornerstone of both physical and mental health, and as a powerful way to explore what it means to be alive.
