Service Description
An all levels, slower paced practice exploring the fundamental techniques of Hatha yoga. This class incorporates dynamic breath to movement, sequencing and some static holds. It weaves in dharma from traditional texts such as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika in an accessible way. Lastly, it explores techniques of pranayama and meditation along with emphasizing themes of acceptance, self-love and compassion. Let’s learn and deepen our connection with ourselves and each other through the practice of yoga! About Bryan: Bryan was first introduced to meditation in 2015 and it kicked off a decade of practice and exploration. Starting in 2024, he entered a period of deeper yogic study, graduating from Samadhi Yoga’s 200 YTT (2025) and Denver Yoga Underground’s 200 YTT (2026). Yoga has been a transformational force in his life, helping him cultivate a greater sense of self-love and compassion. His intention is to share yoga in the spirit of service and support; meeting each student where they are. Through steady practice, yoga reveals its true nature to us - as a path toward inner knowing and freedom.
