About Sarah S., the instructor: Growing up in multiple countries with international parents taught me to see the beauty in differences and connect with all kinds of people. I’ve always been drawn to the depth of life and the radiance of the human spirit/soul, which led me to complete my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal and later get my Ayurvedic practitioner Certificate at the Alandi Ashram in Boulder. I believe there are many paths to connecting with our true selves and the oneness we are all part of—Yoga is one of them. Yoga is a beautiful doorway to reconnect with our authentic self beyond the distractions/stresses of daily life, the names & identities we hold on to or the story we Carry. In my classes, I weave together the many tools I’ve gathered from my studies, my life experiences, and the guidance of my teachers, exploring the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of practice. I strive to create a welcoming space where students can fully arrive as they are, honoring their own journey while cultivating presence, balance, and self-discovery.
