About the Instructor About the Instructor Co-founder of Harmonist Sanctuary, Tusta is a yogi of 30 years steeped in wisdom of the eastern philosophy and yoga lifestyle. He trained as a student-monk for ten years studying Bhakti-yoga texts like Bhagavad-Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam. He studied Hatha-yoga under Gopi Sandal of Bhaktivana Yoga Center in Kansas. This is a donation-based class.
