Move Inward is a somatic experience guided by breath, meditation, yoga, intuitive movement, and rest. Rooted in nervous system work and self-connection, this class invites participants to soften out of performance and reconnect with the body through presence, regulation, and embodied awareness. The class creates space to explore movement in a way that feels honest, instinctive, and connected rather than focused on form. Open to all levels and accessible to anyone seeking deeper connection with themselves through the body. Stephanie is a yoga teacher, DJ, and somatic guide working with breath, meditation, movement, music, and embodied awareness. Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins by slowing down enough to listen—to the body, the nervous system, and the quieter parts of ourselves often overlooked in everyday life. Shaped through her own healing journey and yoga teacher training in Bali, she is especially interested in the relationship between the nervous system, embodiment, self-regulation, and inner-directed healing, and continues to deepen this through lived experience and practice. Rather than offering a rigid method of healing, she invites people into a more compassionate relationship with themselves—rooted in curiosity and the intelligence already within the body. She also holds private sessions and other immersive offerings centered around embodiment, release, and intuitive exploration.
