Slow Flow w/ Sound

Service Description

An hour long flow designed for all levels of yogis. We will slow down your usual flow class to really take time to savor the depth of the pose and sink into presence. Each class will begin with optional aromatherapy, we will integrate affirmations throughout the class, and shavasana will include a crystal bowl sound bath.
