Service Description
Tina Porter Yoga is a multi-dynamic experience; a merging of movements that combines balanced sequences with elements of physical exercise, mindfulness, meditation and breath work. Through her ever-evolving series of flowing poses and guided breathing techniques, your body will physically open, release and heal while calming the mind and stretching the space between thought forms. This “space” creates room for observations and insights. It can shift you into a new and heightened state of awareness, creating growth on all levels. While taking Tina’s classes you will gain strength, flexibility, stamina and increased endurance (mentally & physically). Through her breath work and mindful meditation, you will grow your reservoir of emotional and psychological resilience, allowing you to experience the ebbs and flows of life with more grace. Tina’s style of yoga is an expansive expression of all lineages and styles from traditional Ashtanga to free-flowing Power. Her teacher and mentor of 11 years, Bryan Kest, inspired Tina to take her passion off the mat and teach, which she has done since 2001.
